  • In-stock products are shipped within 2–3 business days.
  • Pre-order products are shipped within 2–3 weeks.
  • Mixed orders (in-stock + pre-order) will be shipped once all items are ready.

3. Ordering

  • Orders can be placed online via radiantlycare.com.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that all details (product, quantity, size, color, and address) are correct.
  • All orders must be paid according to the selected payment method.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing.

  • RadiantlyCare is not responsible for delivery delays due to courier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Refunds & Returns

  • We only accept refunds or returns for damaged items or wrong items sent.
  • All other cases, including change of mind, wrong size/color, or delayed delivery, are non-refundable.
  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.

  • RadiantlyCare is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
