Cancellation & Payment Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details (product, size, color, quantity, and address) before completing the purchase.

We do not accept cancellation requests after the order has been submitted.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a customer:

  • Refuses to receive the order
  • Does not respond to the courier
  • Provides an incorrect or incomplete address

The order will be canceled, and no refund will be issued unless the item was damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Future Orders – Advance Payment

If a customer fails to receive or refuses an order, then all future orders from that customer must be paid in advance before shipping.

We reserve the right to:

  • Request full prepayment
  • Cancel any future Cash on Delivery (COD) option for that customer

Payment Policy

All payments must be completed according to the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order in case of suspected misuse or repeated failed deliveries.

بمجرد تأكيد الطلب، لا يمكن إلغاؤه تحت أي ظرف.

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية التأكد من جميع تفاصيل الطلب (المنتج، المقاس، اللون، الكمية، العنوان) قبل إتمام الشراء.

لا نقبل أي طلب إلغاء بعد إرسال الطلب

فشل أو رفض الاستلام

في حال:

  • رفض استلام الطلب
  • عدم الرد على شركة التوصيل
  • إدخال عنوان خاطئ أو غير مكتمل

سيتم إلغاء الطلب، ولن يتم استرداد أي مبلغ إلا إذا كان المنتج تالفًا أو تم إرسال منتج خاطئ.

 

الطلبات المستقبلية – الدفع المسبق

في حال عدم استلام أو رفض طلب سابق،
فإن جميع الطلبات المستقبلية لهذا العميل يجب أن تكون مدفوعة مسبقًا قبل الشحن.

نحتفظ بحق:

  • إلغاء خيار الدفع عند الاستلام
  • طلب الدفع الكامل مقدمًا
