Processing & Shipping Time
In-Stock Products
All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after order confirmation.
Pre-Order Products
Pre-order items require additional processing time and will be shipped within 2–3 weeks.
Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order)
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are ready.
We do not split shipments.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all provinces of Iraq and Kurdistan.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message.

مدة تجهيز وإرسال الطلب
المنتجات المتوفرة (In Stock)
يتم تجهيز وإرسال المنتجات المتوفرة خلال 2–3 أيام عمل من تأكيد الطلب.
منتجات الطلب المسبق (Pre-Order)
تحتاج منتجات الطلب المسبق إلى وقت إضافي ويتم إرسالها خلال 2–3 أسابيع.
الطلبات المختلطة (متوفر + طلب مسبق)
في حال احتوى الطلب على منتجات متوفرة ومنتجات طلب مسبق،
سيتم إرسال الطلب كاملًا بعد جاهزية جميع المنتجات.
لا نقوم بتقسيم الشحنات.
نطاق التوصيل
نوفر خدمة التوصيل إلى جميع محافظات العراق وإقليم كردستان.
رسوم الشحن
يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن عند إتمام الطلب وقد تختلف حسب الموقع.
التتبع
سيتم إرسال رسالة تأكيد بعد الشحن مع رقم تتبع (إن وجد).
التأخير
قد تختلف مدة التوصيل بسبب:
- تأخير شركة الشحن
- الأحوال الجوية
- العطل الرسمية
- ظروف خارجة عن الإرادة
